With over 36 years of extensive experience in water utilities, Mrs. Ingham leads the Environment business unit at Kech Construction in Scotland, overseeing both water-related projects and core design and build capabilities. Her leadership is crucial in responding to the growing demand within the sector, ensuring operational excellence to meet client needs while supporting our Sustainable Growth Strategy. Paul joined the Group as Head of Delivery in 2014 and serves as a Board Director at CECA Scotland, contributing significantly to the organization's objectives and vision.
