Smith Bruce began his career at Kech Construction as a trainee in 1990. Over the last 39 years, he has steadily progressed within the company, taking on various roles including Quantity Surveyor and Procurement Manager. In 2009, he reached a significant milestone in his career by becoming the Managing Director of the Bristol-based South West England business unit. His journey reflects a remarkable commitment to the company and the industry as a whole.
