Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline across the Residential, Healthcare, Education, and Commercial sectors, we are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer – Building Services to join their high-performing team.

The Role:
- Lead technical delivery of mechanical building services design projects
* Produce detailed design packages for HVAC, public health, fire systems, and BMS
* Manage project resource planning and deadlines across multiple sectors
* Maintain technical quality and ensure full regulatory compliance (CIBSE, Part L)
* Collaborate across offices (Belfast and London), supporting company-wide delivery
* Provide coaching and technical support to junior engineers
* Play a key role in client engagement and relationship development
The Person:
- Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
* Chartered Engineer or working towards chartered status
* Proven track record in mechanical building services design
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, including Part L
* Skilled in design software such as IES, REVIT/BIM (desirable)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
